       Today is my birthday, and I'm 27 today (assuming my math is correct, I was born in 1978). Yet I'm generally depressed. I'm just not a happy person. I doubt this has anything to do with my birthday (age or other related events).        I was reading the paper today and it had a good laugh and just plain bizarreness in it (in addition to the normal news).        The laugh was a headline titled "Bush sees Iraq pullout when 'we have completed our misson'".        So I'm reading the paper today while I have lunch and I find two crazy stories.        The first is about a "ghost cane" that sold for $65000 on ebay. Bought by the same company that bought the virgin mary moldy sandwich. The owner of the cane said she was selling it so that her 6 year old son would think that his grandfathers ghost would leave the house with it. Tis just silly, that's what I think.   ...
